Conditions of Lease
1. Please vacate Apartment One by no later than 10.00, and commencement is 16.00 hours.
2. Terms are quoted on a weekly basis and the maximum period of let is 2 weeks.
3. Apartment one is let for holiday purposes only and only to the persons named on the booking form.
4. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited. The maximum of persons staying in the apartment are two + one small child (parents providing own travel cot.) Overnight guests are not permitted.
5. A firm booking will be contracted on receipt of a completed booking form and a non-returnable deposit of £100 which will be acknowledged in writing with an account for the balance due, stating the date by which the balance shall be paid (generally due 8 weeks before the letting period commences). If enquiries commences with in the 8 week period, the full amount is due to secure booking. If for any reason you are unable to come, at your proposed time, it is at the proprietors discretion to move your week to a more suitable time.
6. The acceptable methods of payment can be by cheque.
7. Booking is accepted subject to the clear understanding that should the accommodation become unlettable through circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors you shall be entitled to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
8. Regrettably no pets are allowed.
9. No smoking is allowed. (Anyone found smoking within the apartment will be asked to leave and will be charged for any extra cleaning which needs to be done e.g. steam cleaner, decorating and loss of potential bookings while maintenance is taking place).
10. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission to their property and to require any person to leave when they consider there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property or cause of nuisance or conduct in an offensive manner. However accidents do happen and will be assessed, if found to be of misuse, you will be charged for repair or replacement. (Please inform proprietors of breakages before you leave.)
11. The proprietors also reserve the right to enter their premises at any reasonable hour.
